Teamwork is crucial to the success of every organization. When a team work together, they can compensate for each other weaknesses and yield a high-quality production. Most organizations lack teambuilding among employees which has affected organizational outcome. he lack of teambuilding is a major source of low work performance and productivity. Leaders have ignored the concept of team building in the workplace resulting in poor performance, lack of effectiveness and reduced output. The lack of teambuilding affects both employers and employees in that organizational goals and objectives are unable to be achieved. With teamwork, in the workplaces job performance improves, collaboration is enhanced, there is increase in communication, and an increase in overall production. This is an important issue that needs to be reviewed because it is an integral part of nursing that is used to inspire and motivate employees to accomplish a goal. Teamwork connects employees, provides insight, and strategies to enhance team performance. In a fast-paced work environment like nursing, team building creates a positive relationship, fosters collaboration, creates a positive culture, and motivates employees to accomplish interdependent work (Abdul-Rahim et al, 2024). I chose this topic because I have experienced the uneven work distribution among team members which has resulted into conflict. Allocating work balance, low productivity, lack of trust, poor communication, and subpar performance are
