Direction: Identify one local/foreign enterprise organization to be the hypothetical enterprise for your business case. Prepare a Technical Report following the requirements (report structure and outline) stated below:

Technical Report Structure and Outline:

Title Page. This contains the name of your project, school year, trimester, and the members of your group.

Table of Contents. Lists the main topics and page numbering of contents.

I. Introduction. This is an (a) overview of the enterprise/organization, its name, location and area or nature of business. Includes its (b) products and/or services. (10 marks)

II. Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Enterprise.Present/Explain the (a) vision, (b) mission and (c) business objectives of the company. Identifies the (d) business functions (departments) in the organization under study. (10 marks)

III. ERP Architecture. Illustrates the (a) design of the current or proposed ERP architecture with all the (b) components in detail. Some (c) details can be in discussion form. (10marks)

IV. System Integration. Allows a heterogeneous IS to communicate or integrate and share information (or data) seamlessly with one another. Includes (a) functional silos, (b) matrix structure of the enterprise, the (c) current IS architecture and functional architecture, and (d) system integration plan. (10 marks)

V. System Development. Presents in detail the (a) current/proposed organizational /enterprise Information Systems resources, (b) the examination/investigation of the current system, (c) the current/proposed system development approach, and (d) system development model/s. (10 marks)

VI. Implementation Strategies. Presents and discusses the (a) ERP implementation requirements (hardware, software, database and network, peopleware), and (b) implementation strategies and plan. (Use screenshots as evidence) (10 marks)

VII. Operational and Post-implementation. Describes the (a) organizational readiness in launching and operating the ERP system, (b) Go-Live requirements, (c) ERP training, (d) stabilization plan, (e) post-implementation support, and (f) knowledge transfer. (10 marks)

VIII. Implications, Conclusion and Recommendations. Conclude and evaluate the study based on the benefits obtained. (10 marks)

IX. References. List down all references for this project. (5 marks)

X. Project Presentation. A recorded video presentation will be submitted as the project presentation with presentation slides. (15 marks)
