In the early of 21st century end of 20th century, the age of technology has been spread and popularized throughout hundred countries in the world for decades. It has been a convenient, modernisation, and sufficient component. In this era, everything is influenced and affected by the importance and greatness of technology. With technology, the world has changed and been developed from times to times. In the blink of an eye, the revolution of technology has taken itself to the peak of the automation and gotten no slowing down. The world now is facing the arrival of new technologies, new machines, and new changes. Along with the rising of automatic technology, many kinds of industries will appear in the near future, and many new job will be introduced to the society. Undoubtedly, the manufacture industry will set new milestones in the future featuring new automatic technologies in mass-producing, transport, and service. Clearly, automation will give rise to industrial manufacturing on global scale.

Technology has been a sufficiency matter in the world during the growth of human beings, and it also has kept enlarging bigger in every way. In the history of mankind, technology has been taking as important role in every aspect, it brings convenience and modernization in a short amount of time. As a result, technological industries are spreading aggressively throughout countries around the world, and becoming globally. From past to present, the history of human have experienced three version of industrial revolution of technology. Sentryo (2017) expressed that the first 1.0 revolution was in the end of 18th century with the evolution of mechanization replacing the agriculture industry. In this first innovation, the invention of steam generator and withdrawal of coal were two types of energy that applied for the appearance of railways, the stimulation of economic, human, and material exchanges. Continue with Sentryo (2017), the second (2.0) and third (3.0) revolution were the foundation and enhancement of chemical, gas, oil, and electric energy. Furthermore, Sentryo (2017) also mentioned along with the rise of electricity, nuclear energy and biotechnology have advanced as powerful sources for the era of high-level automation in production in the third revolution.
In the era of automatic technology, the fourth (4.0) industry technology, an advancement of the third (3.0) revolution is being created with autonomous system with the construction of electric data and knowledge. This revolution is hoped to be the asset for the mankind in the digital era. Along with the concept of the fourth (4.0) technology revolution, this revolution will also impact the manufacture industry through the upgrade versions of machinery, new methods of producing, operating, and serving in Logistic and Supply Chain, and new technology trends for businesses. According to Andrew Ross (2018), the technology trends will involve and benefit companies’ businesses, or functions are: blockchain, AI-Driven development, smart spaces, augmented analysis, etc.

Blockchain technology is defined as a record system that maintains the stability of transaction data and implied for data completeness of Bitcoin for converting tokens for Bitcoin currency transaction (Ming, Leidi and George 2019). Blockchain can also be identified as decentralization data recording which will make plentiful use of avoiding avoid centralized hardware, barriers of system (Ming, Leidi and George 2019). As a result, blockchain can enable protective to privacy and openness while other events are taken in action. In consequence, blockchain has been an inspiration for other virtual currencies due to the advantage of itself. Qingyun zhu & Mahtab Kouhizadeh (2019) have stated that blockchain is basically based on the authority of radio frequency identification, internet of things, and tracking sensors, itself can accomplish progresses in Supply Chain management, connect the Supply Chain members and provide real-time data to stakeholders. Moreover, Qingyun zhu & Mahtab Kouhizadeh (2019) state that blockchain technology is a platform providers of keeping and managing records on products activities, firms and central firms can detect factual information regarding the traceable transactions, real-time tracking. According to Ming, Leidi and George (2019), blockchain is a technology that maintain the stability and reliability of transaction data in peer-to-peer network. In consequence, block chain can advance the Logistic through intelligent Logistic system by introducing and analysing its related big data (Yonggui & Jianming 2019). Continue to Yonggui & Jianming (2019), blockchain can secure the security of data transmission and data storage, adapt to the real-time of process of producing, operating, and data storing, so the group supervision can generate the decisions. This blockchain model will be beneficial to the Supply Chain network because of real-time tracking, verifiability, and security (Qingyun zhu & Mahtab Kouhizadeh 2019).
In the 4.0 technology revolution, automation is the main theme for evolving the machine functioning and generating itself without the influence of human being. Automation is the concept of machinery or equipment to conduct automatically with no human involve. This is the concept of demonstrating or performing tasks of automated that were generally done by humans (Greek 2017). Also according to Greek (2017), AI are systems that let machines to behave and complete more complex tasks. In the 4.0 age, Artificial intelligence is will be played the role in reducing the gap between human and machine and stirred the world with its accomplishment (Hemanth, Silva et al. 2019). What is artificial intelligence? According to Neapolitan and Jiang (2018), the artificial intelligence was experimented on human beings, it was an empirical test of artificial intelligence, which is more correct to the computer scientist undertake to implement artificial intelligence on a computer. The test associates with a human interrogator who is in one room, one more human being in second room, and an artificial entity in the third room, and the test occurred when interrogator was asked to differentiate the other human from the artificial entity based on answers to questions given by the interrogator. If the interrogator could not do this, the test was passed and we could say that the artificial entity is intelligent (Neapolitan and Jiang 2018). As a result, the AI system which have emerged in establishment system that successfully deal with attractive and critical in specialized domains (Neapolitan and Jiang 2018). According to Chan (2004), artificial intelligence as artificial networks can work along with collaborative agents to implement supply chain planning, which is a supply chain model. This model is based on the framework for detecting the supply, product, and delivery resource to the customer orders (Chan 2004). Continue with Chan (2004), this combination of artificial model and agents result in solving complex problems to find the final solution, achieving complete order attainment, and significantly improving the resource application rate. Consequently, this model can engage in customer service, sale revenue, delivery lead-time, production, capacity, and operational savings (Chan 2004). According to Klumpp (2018), real human needs long education and training programmes in order to produce higher capabilities for a modern logistic and supply chain habitats, as well as the fact that human doesn’t have the accumulation of knowledge over generations, but the machines and computers which are capable to do so. Therefore, automated competence levels have a crucial force on business enhancement. Along with that, AI is ultimately implemented in a variety of fields, including industrial applications, such as industrial robots and autonomous operating technologies within the warehouse and inventory management (Kazuyuki 2018).
