It was noticed that there is an increasing trend towards telecommuting with the emergence of COVID-19 pandemic.
In no more than (300-350) words, write a short article that reviews the benefits (from employee and employer view) and ethical dilemmas of telecommuting. Articles usually have a very short introduction and conclusion and concentrate on the main topic and discuss it on paragraphs each for an idea.

Marks Distribution:
- 6 marks for discussing beneficial uses. (at least three for employee and three for employer)
- 8 marks for discussing ethical dilemmas. (at least four)
- 3 mark for references written in author-date system.
- 2 marks of the total mark will be deducted in case of exceeding the words limit.
- 1 mark of the total mark will be deducted in case not following article style with paragraphs.
