Compute the pulse rate differences of the before and after values and complete the table. make histogram of the differences and briefly describe.

Test the null hypothesis that there is no change in pulse rates when patients take the new medication. Provide all steps of hypothesis testing, including assumptions and interpretation of the results. Assume that the data are normally distributed, regardless of your answer in part (a).

Calculate a 95% confidence interval and interpret the results.
