Ten years ago, at the height of the cupcake craze, Patty, a baking enthusiast and entrepreneur, opened Patty's Cakes Cupcake Bakery. Her business was a huge success, and at one point she had twelve employees. In recent years, business has steadily declined and Patty has had to reduce her workforce to just six people.
