Term Paper Requirements

Please note that the following are the basic requirements to adhere to for the theoretical paper requirement in the course.

• Must be an "approved" O.B. related topic (The Work Culture of Amazon)
• 5-6 pages in length, not including the title page, abstract and bibliography
• 4-5 "credible" sources are required at a minimum to provide theoretical support to/for your paper.Credible implies that they are known journals, studies, books, etc. - if you have any doubt, ask me.
• The "style" of your paper that is required is that of the American Psychological Association (APA style) - this can be found by a quick search on line - please note again that you need to provide an abstract within your paper.The key issue in using the APA style is that of "citing" your sources/references within the body of the paper. Again, as always, if you have any questions or concerns, simply ask me for assistance.
• According to APA style the abstract follows the title page and before the body of the paper.
• Double spacing; 11 font size
• Again, paper must have a abstract page, and references/bibliography page.
