Terry has divorced his husband and they have dissolved their business ventures. One of them is a tee printing operation, Crews' Neck Tees. Crews' Neck Tees generated a small amount of revenue and has been losing money quarter after quarter. Terry agreed to sell his tee printing business to his old college roommate, Danny. The terms of the contract included: Purchase price of $ 15,000, Daniel Trejo to pay Terrance Crews Raw materials (blank t-shirts) included in the sale, Printing plates for unique designs that Terrance had created and copyrighted included in the sale If the contract could not be performed on schedule, the purchase price would be reduced by 5 percent per day late Danny paid the $15,000, but Terry refused to vacate the store as scheduled.
