Terry is a caucasion woman who works as a waitress. She wants to get hired at a popular restaurant in town, El Taco. The restaurant is located in a mostly Hispanic part of the city, and is constantly busy. Terry thinks she'll make great tips. But the owner of the restaurant wants only Hispanic waitresses, since they speak Spanish. He thinks they'll communicate better with his customers, and frankly, his customers prefer Hispanic staff.
