Testator leaves a will with the following bequests: I leave my diamond engagement ring to my brother's grandchild, Charlie Straub. I leave my 2020 Tesla

Testator leaves a will with the following bequests: "I leave my diamond engagement ring to my brother's grandchild, Charlie Straub. I leave my 2020 Tesla to my brother's grandchild, Charlie Straub. I leave $10,000 to my brother Curtis. I leave $50,000 to meine Schwester and request that they take a long vacation together with the money. I leave my 1968 Shelby Cobra to my brother Matt. The residue of my estate I leave to my brother's grandchild Seth."

One of T's brothers has a granddaughter named Charlotte. Another of T's brothers has a grandson named Charles. Both go by the name Charlie. T has a brother named Kurt but no brother named Curtis. T owns a 1968 428 Mustang Cobra, not a Shelby Cobra.T has one sister, Kathy, whom she usually called "meine Schwester," the German phrase for "my sister." However, "meine Schwester" can also mean "my sisters." T has four sisters-in-law with whom she was very close. She referred to them as her sisters. T's great-nieces and -nephew were all under age of fifteen when she died, but she promised Charlotte that she would teach her to drive the Tesla when she turned 16 and maybe even give it to her as a birthday gift. She also promised Charles that if he ever decided to marry, he would have a "very nice diamond ring" to present to his spouse-to-be if he wanted it.

Upon T's death, what issues will arise with regard to these bequests? How are the bequests likely to be distributed?
