The CEO has expressed the desire to trim operating costs . At the next board meeting you are to present your ideas.

Your best idea has been to "?outsourcing or Onshoring " your janitorial staff to a large but local janitorial service. Inotech 's janitorial team consist of 20 employees at the Indiana facility and 20 employees at the Ohio facility.
