Thank you Krysten. I appreciate that you brought up the zoom meetings as they have become a mainstay of our school since the pandemic. So although it is relatively new it has become something many of my staff use. It provides those parents the ability to have discussions during a short lunch break at work or during hours that they can such as weekends, etc. So the flexibility is great.

You mention texts and that is something I do not have my staff do because it would allow parents to know their numbers and I find that texts never provide a proper message because the number of characters in the communication is usually much smaller than an email, etc. Would you say that is something you use or the staff in your district use a lot? The rest are great but texts are something that I would probably limit as a principal.
