Please submit a paper of at least 500 words which discusses the following: Assume the police have an arrest warrant for a suspect for stealing firearms four months ago. The detectives think the stolen guns may still be at the suspect's house; however, this belief is based on stale information from an informant and it is insufficient to obtain a search warrant. May the detectives seize guns found in plain view when they arrest the suspect? Why? Or why not
