The AA Cooperative is a cooperative that manages savings and loans for its members. The following are the activities carried out by the credit department in handling loans to its members.

Every time the credit department will provide a loan to a member, the member is required to fill out a Loan Application Form containing the FPP Number, Date of Application, Member Number, Member Name, Number of Applications and Requirements. Yanv is then recorded by the credit department and stored in the FPP archive. Based on the FPP archive, the credit department makes a loan receipt which is given to members which contains the BP number, BP date, member number, member name, amount of realization, length of installment, amount of installments and interest.

Every month members are required to pay installments in the amount of installments agreed at the time of the loan which is then recorded by the credit department and recorded in the installment archive. Based on the archive of the installments, the credit section makes Proof of Installment given to members containing the Number. BA, BA Date, BP Number, Installment Amount and Interest.

At the end of the month the credit department always makes a loan report and installment report which is given to the head of the cooperative.

2. Make a Use Case Description with the High Level Description type from the Use Case Diagram that has been made.

3. Make a complete Class Diagram with multiplicity based on the case above.
