The ability to perform simple operations on files and directories (create, move, delete, etc.) are fundamental in the System Administrator's toolbox.

Task

Perform the following tasks on the files and directories provided. Permissions and ownership on the objects you create is not important.

1. Create a directory /opt/mydoc/answers/m/9/k/my_directory, including any required parent directories (if applicable).

2. Create an empty file /opt/mydoc/answers/objects/CSCM00801_23.txt. The /opt/ CSCM00801/answers/objects directory already exists.

3. Remove all *.gif files from the /opt/mydoc/answers/allfiles directory.

4. Remove the /opt/mydoc/resources/remove_me directory including all files and subdirectories within.
