Do the following.

1. Identify for each process, what information is needed, and name them

2. For each, data element, decide what format it will take (e.g. INT, VARCHAR, DATE, etc.).

3. Create a data dictionary (a table, really) listing all data elements, their data types, formating details like length, precision, scale, etc.

4. Group the information (data elements) into tables and name the tables

5. Create another data dictionary (a table really) of all the tables/entities
