How does hourly average traffic speed vary over a 24-hour period? 3. What is the worst LOS for Northbound AZ-143 at the Bridge over a 24-hour period? When does it occur? 4. What will be the LOS for the 4-lane alternative and the 6-lane alternative, respectively, when the new bridge is to open in 2019
