The assembling of a value team should be constructed by giving thought on expertise in respective professions, but individuals' ability to effectively communicate viewpoints and challenges to ideas is also greatly important. This begins with the facilitator. It is their responsibility in not only aiding in the selection of the group, but leading it in such a way that encourages the countering of ideas to better nuture project functions and goals. The facilitator should give time for team members to speak their mind after the presenting of ideas, as well as challenge those same ideas to ensure that the team can either come to an agreeance or a compromise that reflects project goals and not the direct ideas of any one member or shareholder
