The assignment is a reflective assignment based on your experience working within a project team developing the Sodor Oil Terminal project from initial plan to creating a baseline plan to project build phase to project closeout. The assignment Report The assignment report should have the following sections, plus a short introduction (around 100 words) and a short conclusion (around 100 word) 1. A critical review of how your group organised the project management of the Sodor Oil Terminal project. This section should be around 700 to 800 words.

A critical appraisal and discussion evaluating your teams project from the start (the initial planning phase) through to project close out and how your group worked as a project team during all of this period.
