The assignment is designed to engage with the LEADS framework as per the Canadian College of Health Leaders. The expectation is for you to draw on your own personal leadership experiences and reflect on two situations: 1) where you applied a domain (and subsequent capabilities) of the LEADS framework, and 2) where it might have been advantageous had you considered one of the domains (and subsequent capabilities) of the LEADS framework. In the assignment you should: a) describe the situation, b) provide an analysis of the situation and engage with the LEADS framework, and c) evaluate the outcome and/or lessons learned from the situation as relevant to the LEADS framework. The emphasis of the assignment is to demonstrate your engagement with, and understanding of, the LEADS framework.
