The assignment is for you to complete your own Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and to provide some financial analysis around those two financial statement documents as if you were reviewing and comparing the status of a business (e.g., where to better manage expenses, where and how to reduce debt, how to improve balance sheet performance, time value of money considerations, etc).
