the Based upon my perspective approximationg 45 years of 0 observing and experiencing the US legal system, its operation and application to a myriad of issues in both civil criminal matters, is it a fair and just system for its stakeholders ? i.e. plaintiffs, defendants , victims, the public, etc. Certainly every system, post inception and through its development as it matures , may require some adjustment or modification to retain its viability In your opinion, what works well ? what are its deficiencies and what needed recommendations can you offer to improve its function
