You are in charge of a mens high jump competition and you have data on each prospective competitor. For each competitor you must enter into your program, the jumpers number (an integer), followed by his best 3 jumps (floating point numbers denoting height in metres). A jumper number of 0 indicates the end of the data. A jumper qualifies for the competition if the average of his 3 jumps is at least 1.5 metres.

Write a program to read the data and print, for each jumper, his number, his average jump (to 2 decimal places) and whether or not he qualifies. In addition, after all data entry is completed, print

The number of jumpers who qualify and the number who do not qualify;

The jumper with the highest average jump (ignore the possibility of a tie).
