The benefits of working for an introverted manager are that they are more willing to meetwith you one on one and help you set and reach goals, or help you find solutions to anyissues you may run into. Introvert managers or teachers will encourage you to shine andsucceed with the task or goals you are working on. The benefit of having an extrovertmanager or teacher is their ability to not be afraid to voice their opinions or ideas and beassertive, they shine in group settings."Extroverts bring the vision, assertiveness, energy,and networks necessary to give them direction."(Francesca, 2015)To build a relationship with an extroverted manager, I would keep in constantcommunication with them. Whenever there is an opportunity to do so, I would updatethem with any progress or problems that might arise with my assignments. This approachkeeps them at the center of the project.
