The best and most effective form of leadership is one where the leader and his decisions are made distanced from the general population of employees. This requires the responsibilities and control to be centralized toward the top of the hierarchy leaving little leadership needs toward the bottom. Each member toward the bottom of the decision-making ladder is only responsible for what they are told to do and nothing else, providing structure.
