1. The BLA must be satisfied that granting permission will not be contrary to the public interest. Set out in detail why granting permission to you or the company would not be contrary to the public interest. 
2. Your response should include details on how you or the company:
• will comply with the relevant Act and Regulations in the future;
• will not repeat similar conduct or reoffend again;
• giving permission will not reduce consumer confidence in the industry;

giving permission will contribute to the general maintenance of standards in the industry.
