The Board of Director of General Wheels Co. is considering 7 large capital investments. These investments differ in estimated long-run profit (NPV) they will generate, as well as in the amount of capital required, as shown in the following table (units of millions of pesos).

Investment Opportunities
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Profit (NPV) 9 16 18 15 6 12 11
Capital Req'd 25 40 45 35 15 30 25

The following additional constraints hold:

1.Budget is P100 Million

2.Projects 1 and 2 are mutually exclusive, and so are 3 and 4.

3.Projects 5 and 6 are priority projects and at least 1 of the two ought to be funded.

4.Project 7 should not be funded unless 1 is funded, but not vice-versa.

5.Neither 3 nor 4 can be undertaken unless either 1 or 2 is undertaken.Formulate the ILP model for this problem.

Let Yi = 1, if i is undertaken = 0, otherwise
