We will further strive to extend services to a wider community so that with revenue earned from the comparatively well-off clients, we are able to invest more extensively in We intend to maintain an extensive marketing campaign that will ensure maximum visibility for the business in its location. Below is an overview of the marketing strategies and objectives that we will use once we launch this restaurant 2.1 MARKETING OBJECTIVES -Implement a local campaign with the Company's targeted market via the use of flyers, local newspaper advertisements, and word of mouth advertising. - Hire a public relations firm to provide reviews and articles about the Company's grand opening. 2.2 LOCATION Our restaurant will be located along freedom avenue, Kitwe. If alcohol is served, Management expects that the total per person revenues generated for a meal will range from $355 to $55. 3.0 PRODUCTION PLAN. 3.1 PRODUCTION AND CONDITION OF PRODUCTION ASSETS In the near future there will need to be expand the venue in order to accommodate a volume of 100 people per day .because at the moment the restaurant can only accommodate 50 people due to lack of enough cooking facilities. With the current equipment and the new equipment that will be purchased, the facility will be equal to or better than that of the competition.
