The CEO is pleased to see that women have made it to the top ranks of the company; four of the six members of the board of directors are women. However, in looking at the lower levels of the organization, the CEO realizes that most senior$-$level and middle$-$level managers are men. At the lowest ranks of management, about $75\%$ of the managers are men and $25\%$ of the managers are women. The CEO concludes that women at Healthy Life, Inc. may be encountering and she therefore decides to develop a management training program for women.
