The Church of Eternal Redemptionis a religious sect whose members descend from a group of slaves who escaped servitude in Louisiana and fled to a western state where they settled in 1838. The church members believe that albinos are cursed by Satan and that it is a sin to associate with them. As part of the church's marriage ritual, the congregation ingests LSD, an illegal hallucinogen, at the conclusion of each marriage ceremony. Sister Lyla Rose is the Church's Grand Pastor.

1.After the raid, the Sheriff announces that Sister Lyla Rose was found to be distributing LSD at the church and was also running a prostitution ring from the church. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that she was running a prostitution ring. Nonetheless, Sister Lyla Rose was dismissed as Grand Pastor by the church. Analyze, accordingly to find out whether she can sue anyone. Explain, what can happen?

2.Sister Lyla Rose is struggling. She opens a new business as a Psychic Healer out of her home. She posts two lawn signs on the front lawn of her home, one for her new business and one for a local political candidate who is running against the Sheriff that arrested her. Political lawn signs are banned in the town by a municipal ordinance that bans political signage and imposes a $100 fine, per sign. After receiving a ticket for the offense, analyze whether the ordinance is constitutional. Analyze the law and explain.

3.To protest the raid at the Church, Alfonso, a member of the Church, goes to the local Del Rio Mall where he burns a flagat noonin the Mall's Atrium. The Mall is a privately-owned shopping center to which the public is invited. He is arrested. The charge: malicious destruction of property, to wit, the American Flag that hung in the Mall atrium. Alfonso is confident that he has a perfect right to express his opinions through his "symbolic speech" of burning the flag. He consults you, the church attorney to see whether he has a defense. What do you tell him?
