To establish criteria for the Fire Prevention Code Violation Abatement Process.B. Inspections to be conducted by fire department personnel. A Fire Prevention InspectionReport shall be completed.C. Any violation of Ordinances shall be recorded and notice shall be given to the responsibleparty.D. Notices shall be 30 days unless immediate life and safety concerns are present.E.
