Below is the Police Department$$s budget variance report for May $2021.$ The report includes the following information: $(1)$ actual expenses in May $2021,(2)$ budgeted expenses in May $2021$; $(3)$ actual expenses from the beginning of the year $($i$.$e$.,$ July $2020$ May $2021)$; and $(4)$ budgeted expenses for the entire FY$2021.$
