The CLAHE plugin is no longer included in ImageJ. Find it in the ImageJ plugins webpage, and download the class file into ImageJ/Plugins check that it appears in the Plugins menu. Take the image TEM.jpg , and show the original image, after linear contrast, after histogram equalization (HE), after CLAHE (using blocksize 50, histogram bins 256, and max. slope 2.5), and AHE (where the max slope is 256): also show the respective histograms. What does the blocksize do? What does the max. slope do? Repeat using a color image ( desert.jpg)
