The software was used for Board meetings, interviews, team meetings, and virtual quality assurance inspections. Prior to the pandemic, we used teams for our weekly GM conferences and regional meetings. The break-out rooms were a great addition because they allowed separate teams to work on tasks separately while still in the meeting. The software also added a bit of relief for me professionally. It's much easier to have difficult conversations virtually. There were some challenges to the software too. Some of the downfalls were people became more comfortable meeting virtually. Imagine hiring someone that you haven't met in person. You also lose the personal connection you gain by meeting in person. You lose the ability to connect.
The software definitely met our expectations. It worked so well that we began using the software at my church for committee meetings and broadcasting services. Primarily the software helped us stay connected during very trying times?
