The College of Nursing and Health Professions (NHP) and the Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education (SciEngEduc) are wanting data-driven recommendations on how to help their students maintain high Grade Point Averages (GPAs). Maintaining a high GPA is important for their students who are entering competitive career fields and competing for limited spots in prestigious graduate programs. These two colleges have seen data which indicates that their students may not be performing up to their potential in their first semester at USI, and they are looking for ways to help students have a better start
