The Colorado location of Mountain West Division of Rapid Canoes, Inc., is managed by Victoria Laksay and has three departments that each have a department manager: Maintenance, Rafting, and Accessories. Maintenance is a service department, responsible for ensuring all canoes and customer-required equipment (such as life vests) are in proper working condition. The rafting department is responsible for booking rafting trips, ordering food for customers on trips, and scheduling pick up and drop-off transportation.
