The latest audited financial statement must be obtained and an assessment of the company carried out with a view of offering credit facilities to the company. Assume loan of $150 Million minimum. The following issues should be addressed: 1. Introduction overview and knowledge of the company (5 marks) 2. What impact will the $150 million have on the company in terms of growth(10 marks) 3. Credit worthiness of the company (10 marks) 4. Financial and Non-Financial analysis (20 marks) 5. What risks do the company face and how are they being managed?(10 marks) 6.
