The cost-benefit analysis will comprise of three major areas for each recommendation (60 Marks Total): 1. A cost analysis 5% (Will vary depending on the recommendation) (15 Marks) 2. A stakeholder benefit analysis (demonstrating monetary and non-monetary, direct and indirect benefit to all stakeholders involved. Will vary depending on the recommendation) 2.5% (15 Marks) 3. A rollout schedule and Requirements List 2.5% (Will vary depending on the recommendation) (15 Marks) 4. Incorporation of weekly feedback and direction from professor 5% (15 Marks)
