The course has contributed not only to my personal growth but also added value to professional skills that are required in my work environment. The key lessons on the theory part of the course were on developing soft skills such as curiosity, and meaningful conversation. Self-awareness has also contributed to how I view the world around me, and this helped me in building working relationships with my team. On a professional level the solution development tools such as systems, thinking, decision analysis, McKinney's framework model amongst others were solutions through working with my project team. I intend to continue using these tools in tacking challenges in the workplace. Reflecting on the journey I had on the project with my team, I learned to be more understanding of different viewpoints in finding solutions to complex problems. I also learned to embrace that team dynamics lead to better solution even though at times there would be disagreements. I have already started in sharing some of the knowledge I got through the individual assignments with my work colleagues, and this include promoting teamwork and including colleagues in other departments in projects that require skills that we don't have in my department
