The material and labour cost of one unit of product "QY' is N5,000 and N3,500 respectively. Both production units run for all the 365 days of the year and 16 hours per day You are required to: i. Prepare an overhead analysis table showing the secondary distribution of overheads of service departments using an appropriate method ii. Determine the total cost of one unit of product QY'. iii. Provide the reason for re-apportionment of the overheads of service departments to production departments. iv. Justify the method you used for the re-apportionment in (i).
