The Course Project

The purpose of the final project is to apply the content learned throughout the course and develop some human resource policies and standards for a small/medium healthcare system. You will select 6 major areas of importance for which a small/medium healthcare system would need to develop guidelines and policies to ensure prioritized policies are created and enforced. The ideal submission would be directly transferable to an operating healthcare system. You are expected to submit a product that you would feel completely comfortable submitting, as a human resources executive, to your COO/CEO for approval.

6. Employee Training.
7. The Recruiting Process.
8. Conducting a Successful and Legal Selection Interview.
9. Problems, Correction, and Discipline
10. Managers and Employee Problems.
11. Terminating Employees.
12. Ethics and Ethical Behavior.
13. The Impact and Effects of social media.
14. Relations with Labor Unions.
15. Maintaining an Effective Human Resource Department.

Phase I of The Course Project for this Week:

Key components of Phase I

1. Introduce the paper - Since the first paragraph or section of a document is assumed to be the introduction of the paper, the heading 'Introduction' is not needed. Do not begin a paper with an 'Introduction' heading (APA, 2020, p. 47). The paper's title should be the first heading above the first body paragraph and must be bolded - Check Sample Student Paper (APA, 2020, pp. 61-67).
2. Introduce the small/medium healthcare system (it can be hypothetical or real).
3. Provide an overview of the selected major areas of importance to your small/medium healthcare system.
4. Provide a summary projection of what you will address in Phase II
