The court is not majoritarian because it is not democratic in structure. Its members are not elected, they are appointed. Even more, there is little review of their actions. Other than death and retirement, impeachment is the only way to remove an Article III judge.

What are your thoughts on this? Should there be other ways to remove these judges? Why or why not? I'd like to see a rigorous answers of the following questions. Should the government be able to tell schools they must recite the pledge of allegiance? Do they have proper jurisdiction? Is it unconstitutional? Why or why not?
