The Covid 19 pandemic was a global human crisis for HR. Covid 19 has change the experience of work for the vast majority and of employees. It forced organizations across the globe to adapt how work is organized and how jobs are designed. My reaction to the article was this is about business and nothing personal. I realized that businesses are moving into the direction of remote workers now which will be our future as well. I experienced assisting with rewriting policies during the pandemic to accommodate patients and employees.Ensuring the safety, welfare, caring and security of everyone was of the essence. Therefor HR management must be always proactive and trained to react and respond to emergency situations accordingly and not panic. Respond thoughtfully and substantively to this discussion
