Perhaps one of the most significant impacts has been on how leaders and team members remain effective in a business environment that has had to quickly adapt to new ways of working. Using concepts from any relevant external perspective from scholarly sources, discuss the ways in which Covid-19 has impacted teams using two lenses:

a. teams that now must operate virtually (for example, those who used to work in collocated settings like an office building)
