The credit for sick leave may include:

Payments to an employee who is unable to work while caring for a family member who is sick with COVID-19.

Payments to an employee who is unable to work while caring for a child whose daycare facility is closed due to COVID-19.

Payments to employees whose business was closed due to a reduction in business caused by a government shutdown.

Payments for up to 10 weeks.
