The Criminal Code

A Poster to develop a public information poster that outlines what elements

(mens rea and actus reus) constitute a crime under the Criminal Code of Canada.

the poster should include (but is not limited to):

The criminal code section number(s)

A description of the crime

At least one example of the crime

The mens rea

The actus reus

The minimum sentence (if any)

The maximum sentence (if any)

poster should be creative, readable and informative. The poster should show

someone who doesn't understand the elements of a crime, what exactly makes up a

crime.

Your criminal offence example on the poster can be made up. It doesn't really have to be

a real case heard on the news.
