The customer of a membership-only bookstore system has the choice of, though not encouraged, refunding a book order if it has not been shipped yet. To terminate a book order, the customer needs to confirm the action after identifying an unshipped order from the list of orders associated with his/her user ID. While the database keeps record of book orders, including payment information, the refunded amount goes directly to the financial institute from which the original payment was made. Unless the Customer cancels the action of order termination, a message is sent to the Customer for confirmation.
