The customer's role as a contributor to service quality and satisfaction. The customer takes part as a contributor by implementing feedback of goods and services

The customer's role as a contributor to service quality and satisfaction. The customer takes part as a contributor by implementing feedback of goods and services which in return helps companies improve a product or experience based on this feedback. There are different levels of participation which include low level, moderate level, and high level. Low level of employees do majority of the efforts. In moderate level the consumer participates. In high level the customer has a high impact on creating the experience of a service. The customer is able to create service value for themselves by active involvement and customization and they enjoy value in use of the service over time through their own actions. The only time I've had an experience where my input is highly required was when I worked with a nutritionist to create a meal plan for better wellness. This required plenty of meeting time with a cook that requested feedback on any and all meal ideas that were being incorporated into a weekly menu. This incorporated me as a customer to become a contributor to a service I was seeking for. I'd consider my participation level as high level as I had to engage and
