The data above in the graph shows that all data points were below 100 words read correctly perminute and more than 10% errors. Ethan was given the word lists. He missed the ending on wordon (houses) [house], (wished) [wishes]. He misprounced the word (comments) [commanders],(concerning) [canearing]. Because Ethan has fallen below the baseline goal for 4 consecutivepoints, it was recommended that Ethan be moved up to Tier 2 in the RTI process. The Tier 2 is tobe a supplemental help to master grade-level curriculum. The supplemental help should bedetermined by learning outcomes being targeted.
