The data labeled Cholesterol_Pair, is from a study which tested whether cholesterol was reduced after individuals consumed a healthy brand of margarine as part of a low cholesterol diet. The data set contains information on 18 individuals who were randomly assigned one of two brands of margarine, a healthy brand vs. a popular brand. The individuals consumed the assigned brand for 8 weeks and then they were switched to the other brand for 8 weeks. Cholesterol units are mmol/L which is a unit commonly used in Canada and Europe.
